The reigning Country Music Award Artist of the Year and 10-time Grammy nominee Eric Church will visit the Alerus Center on October 1.
Church will launch a fall tour starting September 17 in Lexington, Ky. Dubbed “The Gather Again Tour,” Church will visit 55 cities in the United States and Canada, before peaking at Madison Square Garden in the spring of 2022.
Tickets for all U.S. dates go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 7 at 10 a.m. local time at www.EricChurch.com. Members of the fan club or the Church Choir can access pre-sale tickets on Tuesday, May 4 at 10 am.
The concerts will be organized in circles, with the stage in the center of each floor of the arena, in order to welcome as many fans as possible.
Church will appear in an upcoming public service announcement promoting vaccine education, produced by ACM Lifting Lives, The Ad Council and COVID Collaborative. The PSA will premiere during the ACM Awards airing on Sunday, April 18, where Church will also perform a song from his upcoming album.
“It has become very clear to me that the only way to really get back to normal is to get the vaccine,” Church told Billboard earlier this month. “You must have needles in your arms.”
According to a press release, Church has spent the last year releasing new music at a rapid pace, while staying in a rural cabin in North Carolina. During this time, he spent nearly a month writing and recording one song a day.
